The client has a very fun play centre for little kids in the suburb of Castle Hill. Being big kids at heart, we actually targeted this client. When we came down from the jumping castle, our challenge was to effectively re-brand the business to a discerning target audience – kids under 5 and their mothers. We started with the re-brand and translated the look and feel across all marketing materials. We designed the website, but went one step further and optimized it for online bookings and payments, so make the party process a little easier. We interviewed parents and children and analysed our data to create an effective marketing plan. This enabled us to develop a range of party ideas and themes for kids parties. We culminated this project with a massive open day and launch party where we were overshadowed by superheroes and little heroes who were blowing bubbles, jumping on all the play equipment and having their faces painted.
